Does PermitGrid guarantee approval?

No. PermitGrid does not certify electrical design, provide legal advice or guarantee DNO approval. “Submission-ready” means the agreed pack passed PermitGrid's evidence and reviewer checks.

Do you submit the DNO application for us?

No. We prepare and evidence-check the pack. Your authorised installer or qualified engineer reviews it, signs where required and submits. We prepare paperwork; we do not certify electrical design.

Can I outsource the whole DNO application paperwork?

Yes — that is what PermitGrid is for. Send one stuck job and we handle the DNO identification, evidence chase and pack preparation as your done-for-you paperwork desk, with a named reviewer before submission.

Which DNO regions and job types do you cover?
